Sorry Xanga, I didn't think it was possible to neglect you more, but I'm sick of editing my "journal" for the mass public, the RSS feed, the old creepers, and past Xangans hoping Ill post something else for them to stalk me by. (Yes, I look at my "footprints".)

This is a post in passing. Nothing that's happened lately is worth my while to enter into this blog.

Another busy day in the big city...

Today was my first "day off" in quite a long time. I had a meeting with The Agency NYC this early afternoon to organize the opening of the new Cain. The boys and I decided it would be in our best and most indulgent interests to invest in a black on black Cadillac to drive around all of our high end clientele to our events. Which now includes Agyness Deyn and Jeremy Scott, who will be accompanying me to Gold Bar this coming Wednesday. Almost everything is finished for the Cain ReLaunch this Friday. Marie Antoinette will be the theme and we'll be promoting up to 100 of the best socialistas in town. It will be completely, absurdly, and lavishly OFF THE FUCKING CHAIN. Possible appearances by Danny Masterdon (Hyde from "That 70's Show"), Kenya West, TI, Jay Z, Le Paris, and Otto Boas. If you're lucky enough to get through the door, I'll see you inside.

I spent the rest of the day trotting from one end of the city to the other in four inch heels, Alysa's Cotelac jacket, and blasting Lightning Bolt through my headphones. I stopped into Ford, Women, Next, and Ikon, who set me up for a quick shoot with George Bogard, which I hope went well. On my way back home, my friend Patrick (Gossip Girl) called and told me he was shooting Law and Order right downstairs from my apartment. I booked it down 43rd street, but, just my luck, I had missed the chance to be an extra. No loss though, as Richard Belzer will be picking up his glasses from me in a few days.

Now I'm back with the girls at 595, jamming out to the Pixies and heating up the oven to make some cupcakes for work tomorrow. I'll keep trying to update this everyday, not for you, but for my own good.

Keeping grounded, xo.

So over the past week, I had the pleasure of joining danny and his family on a week long trip to the hamptons. His older brother, matt, was getting married to his long time girlfriend Thais. Danny picked me up in the city and we hung around the west village here for a little while before picking up a pie of bleeker street nonna maria pizza to bring to his family. Of course, the pizza was almost fully consumed before we even reached the mdtown tunnel. When we finally arrived we met the family at the house they had rented out on a peninsula stretching out onto a beautiful bay in westhampton. My visit out there was truly unforgetable. The wedding was stunning, romantic, but not overdone. There was an extended coctail hour, to everyones pleasure. The dancing lasted all night and into the wee hours of the morning. I spent the rest of my stay playing tennis, walking alng the beach, riding my bike, and drinking heavily. I returned back to the big apple with my muscles aching and my liver slightly more destroyed than when I left.

I feel back to a steady pace now that I'm back to new York, but getting out of the hustle and bustle for a few days really cleared my head. Now I'll be off. Socialista tonight with the whole crew, back to normal for me. The new website will be up in a few days, I'll post it when it's ready.
